Balayage Ombre Color
" OMBRE" n. A French term meaning "shaded." Usually a multicolored stripe, with colors graduating from light to dark. The color effect is woven into the fabric. Generally produced by arranging different tones in the warp. ( The Ombre technique originally came about for fashion designers who wanted to create different colors woven into the fabrics that had a nice blend) As we know...Fashion has a way of transcending into other aspects..."Hair".
Stars everywhere have been embracing a new trend in hair color: Ombre/Baylage highlights...darker hair color on roots offset by painted on, sun kissed ends. Ombre is not a new technique, but the abundance of stars sporting it lately have brought new focus to this trend.
